[1.0.2?] Talus spawns on top of a wall, then falls down a 1-tile open/close trapdoor


I think some parts of this may have been reported before and possibly fixed in 1.1.0, but I haven’t seen this specific combination of behavior before so posting it just in case.

A future dungeon Talus spawns with its left half over floor and its right half over a wall, meaning it ends up on top of the wall. It continues to move across the top of the wall before eventually coming down. A few beats later, its left half coincidentally walks over an open/close trapdoor tile just as it opens, and the whole Talus falls down the 1-tile trapdoor.
