Crash Bug - dismantled mines and rebuilt, building smokestacks

Reproduction Steps: normal mode, normal difficulty

was re-building 2 mines and building 2 new smokestacks

Noticed that isotope mine was not being emptied despite “empty mines” job being priority, decided to dismantle nad rebuild". Rebuilding the connected mine in the existing spot dindt help. I had to shift the mine one block down, then the connected mine would empty properly.

also had a command center that was 1 isotope away from being built but stalled. Had to disassemble and rebuild it as well. Possibly due to waste storage being full?

Hey @Satoru, your suspicions about waste being full blocking storage/construction seem to mirror my experience yesterday while testing. I’ve run into this crash yesterday and am still narrowing down the cause! Thanks for posting!
