Crash on New game - lvqosymp

Started new game with default settinsg and it crashed after the intro movie.

I was alt-tabbed out at the time, but I do that frequently so its weird

Note the save game attached in the Unreal Report is likely from my previous run so its not indicative of the crash (maybe)
